Kate is adept at shifting between strategic business thinking to interpersonal skills and coaching. She delivers coaching and group facilitation for senior level executives and boards. She has held Senior HR roles including talent and leadership development and HR Business Partnering for executive HR at the UK Ministry of Defence and Cabinet Office. She has provided HR advice and assurance to Joint Operations Command Board and the commanders of the overseas bases, and led teams to support overseas workforces in geographically and politically disparate locations. Kate has advised and planned business transformation programmes, including airport and logistics transformation, healthcare changes, Private Finance Initiatives, and changes to defence intelligence.
